Ammo was as ordered, with one exception, they only shipped 19 boxes instead of the 20 ordered. The difference was refunded to my credit card as soon as I brought it to their attention. No one is perfect, it is how you respond to mistakes, and I was completely satisfied with their response. It is the best price I’ve seen for 9mm since the current buying frenzy started.
