I bought 2 for my new Tisas Model 1911 Commander. One barely fits. I had to cycle it 50 times for it to loosen and slide in, catch, and release. The 2nd one never did work. It got caught half way inserted. I worked with it for a long time. I finally realized that there were two problems: the front to back dimension is too long. I could see scratches on the very front of the magazine, and on the rear. The other issue was the welding alignment on the back of the stamped magazine. The two halves that get welded were not aligned. This made a “step” that also made the front to back dimension too big. Rather than send it back, I decided to work with it. I squeezed and hammered the shape to reduce the dimensions. Then I ground down the spot weld bead on the back. It works now, but still won’t eject by itself. I have to pull the magazine out. But it’s useable. This needs to be fixed. All of my other 6 magazines from others work perfectly.
